The SURA Grid Workshop, January 2005, was an enjoyable event with a good collection
of people with different levels of expertise and an excellent exchange
of ideas. There were around 100 or so attendees (rough personal
estimate), a size which allowed for plenty of direct involvement with
conference presenters.
What follows are some impressions about and notes from the
presentations I attended. I try to follow with order of presentation

I haven't been able to get the notes transcribed as quickly as I would have liked. I've scanned the original notes so anyone who wants to read them can. Feel free to help transcribe the highlights. The sections below should be named by the corresponding conference presentation for easier navigation. The information that I underlined in blue is what I felt was important highlights worth transcribing after the conference.
